The COVID-19 pandemic has brought the world of travel and hospitality to an abrupt standstill.
As mandated by the Greek government, we had suspended seasonal operations but we had been working hard preparing our hotel with detailed protocols focusing on health and hygiene in all aspects of our hotel and restaurants operations to address the risks associated with this pandemic. The health of our guests and colleagues remains a paramount consideration. A few months ago, we also updated our reservation and cancellation policies to provide more flexibility and peace of mind.
We have been continuously evaluating different operating scenarios for this summer season but with massive booking and flight cancellations, extremely low number of new bookings, continuing travel restrictions and uncertainty, we have decided to stay closed for the remainder of the season. Our hotel will open again during the Spring of 2021.
This has been the hardest and saddest felt decision for us to make and we hope that you are appreciative of the circumstances. With no doubt a new normality shall return, and we will be there to offer you our most warm welcome, and the service and hospitality you expect from us.
